How To Add Automatic Email For Declined Credit Cards

This tutorial will show you how to create and activate an automatic email for when students cards decline. This will help resolve those delinquent charges more efficiently and save students from quitting. 


1. Hover over Settings on your toolbar and click on RainMaker Settings. RainMaker_3_0Main_Menu.png

2. In RainMaker Settings click on "Email Prefs" in the left column. 


3. The second text box is where you will build the Declined Email that will automatically go out to your students when their cards decline. This will also only go to students who's cards decline on autoCollect. You may also use the merge tag {FNAME} so that it will auto fill in their first name.
