There are times when a member may need a printout of their payment history. Many times this is used for child care tax credit purposes. It is very easy to print this report.
1. Go to their Profile Page
2. Click the Payments tab
3. Select Print Payments
4. Chose the Date Range
5. Hit GO
If you are wanting to only print tuition payments then after Step 4 you will:
5. Check the box for Tuition Only
6. Check the boxes next to any Income Category that applies to tuition payments (ex: Downpayment, PIF, Afterschool)
7. Hit GO
Once your report is created you can then select File > Print on your computer and you are done.
