How to Copy and Paste from Microsoft Word

 

Copying a document from Microsoft Word and pasting it into an email to send from your RainMaker account can cause the original format to scramble.

To make sure your message does not get scrambled when transferring your message from Microsoft Word to an email in RainMaker follow the steps below.

  1. Copy your message from Microsoft Word.
  2. Paste the document into notepad.
  3. Save the file as a text file.
  4. Copy the message from notepad and paste it into your email body in RainMaker.

Doing this will remove the formatting that Microsoft Word has placed on your document and will prevent your message from being scrambled in your email.
