When members or prospects unsubscribe from your emails, they will no longer receive your emails. There is also a Do Not Send list for invalid email addresses.
You can view all unsubscribed and do not send email addresses. You can also remove them from these lists. Please be sure to get your students permission before removing them from these lists.
To view the unsubscribed and do not send list go to the following:
1. Hover your mouse over message center from the top toolbar.
2. Hover your mouse over logs and then click on email logs.
Once you have clicked on email logs you will see all your members who are either unsubscribed or on the do not send list.
