Why did the Next Payment Due Date skip a payment?

Is your student billed 2x month and you noticed that one of the payments were skipped? This is due to the Next Payment Due Date being automatically moved to a month ahead.

When you take a tuition payment manually in POS, the Next Payment Due Date always moves to the next month. This is by default.

Whenever you take a payment in POS, always make sure the Next Payment Due Date is correct.
