If your Digital Waiver is not submitting or hangs on the "Processing..." window, it's likely that there are special characters in the Waiver that need to be removed.
The special characters that can cause this are:
Quotation marks: "
and and sort of slashes: / | \
long dash: —
Try removing those special characters and save your waiver.
